Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a motivated Banquet Set-Up Attendant for the La Quinta Resort and Club. You will help direct the setup and preparation of banquet rooms for functions, and assist with tear-down at the end of events.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and delivering memorable guest experiences in a world-class property. Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Highly detail oriented and able to follow instructions precisely.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and arrange conference equipment in conference rooms per event order and to the standard set by Conference Services management.
• Daily thorough cleaning of classrooms, ballrooms and team rooms following proper cleaning standards.
• Refreshes meeting rooms during meal and coffee breaks.
• Completes special projects as directed by department management.
• Moves convention material boxes and supplies as needed.
• Bus tables and reset them as required.
• Resolve guests’ issues and create an amazing experience.
