Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a motivated Banquet Set-Up Attendant for a fast-paced, guest-focused role at a La Quinta Resort property in the United States. You will help prepare banquet rooms, set up equipment, and tear down after events, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

The position requires reliability, teamwork, and the ability to lift items up to 50 lbs and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to follow instructions, both verbal and written.
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving and guest-service orientation.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and arrange conference equipment in rooms per event order and standards.
• Thoroughly clean classrooms, ballrooms, and team rooms; restock supplies.
• Refresh meeting rooms during breaks.
• Complete special projects as directed by management.
• Move convention materials between docks, registration, and guest areas.
• Bus tables and re-set them as needed.
• Resolve guest issues to create an exceptional experience.
• Maintain positive relations with culinary and stewarding staff.
• Monitor functions, events, and meetings to ensure smooth operation.
