Banquet Server - Hilton Cleveland Downtown (Finance)

A Banquet Server is responsible for delivering and serving food and beverage items to banquet guests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner, contributing to the hotel's goal of outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Banquet Server, your responsibilities include:

• Setting banquet tables to meet function specifications
• Delivering and serving food and beverages, including meals, condiments, and accompaniments
• Ensuring menu knowledge
• Removing china, glassware, silverware, etc., from tables at the end of the meal and delivering to the stewarding area
• Ensuring guest satisfaction during service
• Responding to guest requests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
• Assisting team members and other departments to maintain positive working relationships
• Helping with side work such as cleaning, stocking, and folding silverware
