Join the newest luxury hotel in downtown LA, Conrad Los Angeles, part of the billion-dollar project, The Grand LA. It is the 7th Conrad Hotel in the U.S. and the 1st in California.

Located in Downtown LA’s cultural corridor, Conrad Los Angeles is a luxury destination featuring over 300 rooms, a spa, a rooftop pool deck, event space, and diverse dining options, including San Laurel, in partnership with Chef Jose Andres' award-winning group.

As a Banquet Server, your responsibility will be to deliver and serve food and beverages to banquet guests promptly, courteously, and efficiently, ensuring outstanding guest service.

The ideal candidate will have previous food serving experience, preferably in luxury banquets. Knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, etiquette, and some wine knowledge are required. Must be able to read, speak, and write English, remember and promote menu items, and carry trays and plates. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., operate beverage equipment, and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is necessary. Certification in Responsible Beverage Service and Food Handling within 30 days is required if applicable.

Key Responsibilities

• Set banquet tables according to specifications.
• Serve food, beverages, and condiments courteously, and clear tables after service.
• Deliver and display food and beverages on buffet tables, including moving large tables as needed.
