The Houseperson (Overnight) at Hilton Cleveland Downtown is responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel, responding to guest requests, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, offices, and banquet/meeting rooms
• Perform dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, carpet shampooing, window washing, floor waxing, trash removal, and ashtray emptying
• Greet guests in a friendly manner
• Report maintenance issues and repair needs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Perform deep cleaning and special projects as needed
• Assist with guest requests and cleaning guest rooms when required
