Job summary

The Lismore in Eau Claire, Wisconsin is seeking a courteous banquet server/cook to deliver an outstanding guest experience at special events. You will assist with serving drinks, refilling cups, and helping the kitchen as needed.

Ideal candidates have experience in food service or hospitality, strong communication and guest-focused service, and a high school diploma or GED. Compensation is $14 hourly plus a tip pool, plus benefits such as 401(k) 5% match and employee discounts.

• Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality.
• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or GED certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with serving drinks by, carrying coffee pots, water pitchers throughout the room, refilling guests' cups and glasses as needed
• Take away plates from the table, replace utensils, and keep an eye out for spills or other special requests from guests
• Review relevant food handling safety regulations to ensure that you and your team are following them
• Offer an outstanding guest experience from the beginning to the end of each banquet event
• Serve appetizers, main course meals, desserts, and other items, such as drinks, to banquet guests
