Job summary

Walters Wedding Estates is seeking enthusiastic Banquet Servers to ensure the success of weddings and events through top-notch service to clients and guests. You will work in a fast-paced environment, supporting the Operations Manager and collaborating with the culinary and planning teams.

The role requires at least 1 year in a similar service position, the ability to lift 30 lbs, and a commitment to working on weekends for events at Ashton Garden in Atlanta and Sugar Hill, GA.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a banquet, catering, or similar service role.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Eligible to work in the United States; pass background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet areas, including moving tables and chairs, according to event specifications; greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Serve food (plated and buffet) and beverages, ensuring high guest satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and anticipate needs; maintain a clean and organized event space.
• Execute closing duties, clear tables, and store equipment; collaborate with culinary and planning teams to ensure seamless execution.

As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of weddings and events by providing top-notch service to our clients and their guests. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and have a passion for creating memorable experiences.
