Job summary

Fairmont Kea Lani on Maui seeks a guest-focused Server to join our restaurant team in Wailea. You will serve, clear and re-set tables, and assist guests with menu items while upholding Fairmont standards.

Knowledge of the menu, garnishes and preparation, combined with strong interpersonal skills, enables you to deliver excellent service at events and daily dining in a luxury setting. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States; this position does not offer visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve, clear and re-set tables in a timely manner, while adhering to Fairmont Hotels and Resorts standards
• Assist guest regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
• Ensure that overall cleanliness and maintenance of our venues exceeds expectation
• Ensure the delivery of excellent service in F&B functions and meeting events
• Set-up and breakdown of functions and meeting events
