Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities/attractions helpful.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables for events and banquets according to hotel standards.
• Retrieve and serve beverages and food orders to guest tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned station and service areas.
• Monitor guest needs, respond promptly, and address complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Support other duties as assigned by supervisor.
