The Elizabeth Hotel in Fort Collins, part of the Sage Hospitality Group, is seeking a Part-time Banquet Server to provide prompt, courteous food service for banquets and events. You will read BEOs, set up banquet spaces, and support the lead server to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of customer service principles, food service function, and restaurant/kitchen operations.
• Experience: 3 months or longer in a similar position.
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Read BEO and complete a setup.
• Set tables in assigned area accurately and consistently.
• Maintain a neat, clean station during service.
• Assist Lead Banquet Server with setup/breakdown of functions.
• Greet and serve guests following company guidelines.
• Handle guest checks and cash procedures per policy.
• Complete assigned sidework and stay attentive to guests.
