Atrium Hospitality is seeking a Banquet Server for the Fort Collins Hilton in Fort Collins, CO. This part-time position focuses on setting up and breaking down event spaces, serving food and drinks with timing and style, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the event cycle.

Candidates should have at least 6 months of serving experience with large groups, and complete food safety and alcohol training within 90 days. Flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months serving experience for medium to large groups.
• Food Safety certification or complete training within first 90 days.
• Alcohol certification or complete training within first 90 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event spaces per Banquet Event Orders.
• Serve food and beverages with focus on timing, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain clean, organized banquet areas throughout the event cycle.
• Support the event contact and manage guest needs professionally.
