Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Banquet Server for Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL for part-time shifts. You will provide food and beverage service for catered events, from buffets to plated meals, under the direction of the Banquet Captain and Supervisor.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or equivalent and prior banquet or hospitality experience; alcohol-service certification and food handler certification may be required by local regulations. Flexible scheduling offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Previous banquet, catering, food service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol.
• Must have alcohol-service certification (TIPS/TEAM or equivalent) and comply with state requirements.
• A food handler certification may be required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide food and beverage services to guests at catered events.
• Support service styles from casual buffets to formal plated meals and passed service.
• Deliver attentive, professional, and timely service to guests.
• Assist with event setup, service execution, and breakdown.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, stations, and work areas.
• Lift up to 35 pounds regularly; up to 50 pounds occasionally.
