Job summary

The Club at Rolling Hills is seeking a banquet server who delivers exceptional guest service and clear communication during events. You will assist with setup, service, and teardown, while maintaining professional etiquette and teamwork.

Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays is required; prior serving experience is preferred. This role is on-site in Golden, CO and involves lifting up to 30 lbs and following proper alcohol service procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Banquet Manager in serving guests during functions
• Set up banquet room with linen, ware, glassware, and décor
• Attend pre-shift meetings to learn function details
• Greet guests and respond to requests courteously
• Serve food and beverages per supervisor directions
• Clear dishes and reset room for next function
• Comply with alcohol service rules and regulations
• Support staff to ensure guest satisfaction
• Work as part of a team and pitch in as needed
• Must be able to transport up to 30 lbs
