Job summary

HRI Hospitality is seeking staff to support breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, ensuring banquet and dining room operations run smoothly. You will assist leaders in F&B, deliver attentive guest service, and maintain clean, well-prepared dining spaces.

The role requires knowledge of service etiquette, proper table settings, and the ability to communicate in English with team members. A high school diploma and an alcohol-awareness certificate are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Knowledge of appropriate table settings and flatware.
• Ability to read, speak, listen, and comprehend English to communicate with team and understand reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rooms and tables for breakfast, lunch, or dinner and ensure standard setups.
• Assist the Banquet Captain, F&B Manager, Director of F&B, and Executive Chef as needed.
• Serve guest meals as required and maintain service standards.
• Oversee dining room service and ensure banquet setup is timely and properly staffed.
• Maintain banquet room cleanliness and supervise side work including restocking supplies.
