The Rit Inn & Conference Center in Rochester, NY, is seeking a server to provide attentive food and beverage service across hotel outlets, including the restaurant, lobby bar, and banquet facilities. You will focus on guest satisfaction, up-selling, and timely, professional service in a fast-paced environment.

Open availability including weekends is required; prior food & beverage experience is essential, and TIPS or ServSafe certifications are a plus.

• Previous food & beverage experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pleasant and professional services to all hotel guests.
• Deliver food items to guest tables and bus tables.
• Stock and set-up coolers, dining tables, service stations, and bar.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and up-selling abilities.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the food and beverage facilities and surrounding areas.
• Respond to guest requests with appropriate sensitivity and immediacy.
• Comply with department, hotel, and company policies.
