Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests, coworkers and managers professionally and cordially.
• Provide pleasant and professional services to hotel guests.
• Clean assigned guestrooms and replenish amenities per policy.
• Report and turn in lost and found items per hotel policy.
• Prepare work orders for items needing maintenance attention.
• Maintain clean, organized supply carts and closets.
• Operate and maintain housekeeping equipment (vacuum, carts, mop, etc.).
• Assist in cleaning public areas (lobby, corridors, restrooms, pool, etc.).
• Respond to guest requests within 10 minutes.
