Qualifications

• Exceptional member and guest service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare banquet spaces and tables to meet presentation standards.
• Attend pre-shift meetings to review event details and updates.
• Greet members and guests promptly and courteously.
• Guide members and guests through their dining experience with clear communication.
• Coordinate with Banquet Captain or Banquet Operations Manager regarding event timing and service requirements.
• Maintain assigned stations and complete cleaning/side work.
• Check out with Banquet Captain or Banquet Operations Manager at shift end.
• Participate in monthly inventories of china, glassware, and silverware.
• Perform cleaning tasks to keep banquet facilities in excellent condition.
