Job summary

Twenty Four Seven Hotels is currently seeking experienced Servers to join our hotel’s F&B team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service at events, understanding banquet orders, and maintaining clean meeting spaces.

A welcoming, friendly presence helps create memorable experiences for attendees. Required prior hotel banquet food & beverage experience, plus food handler and liquor certifications as mandated by law or brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must have previous hotel banquet food and beverage experience.
• Food handler and Liquor certification as required by law or brand standard.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to all meeting attendees
• Understand banquet event orders to assist in set up and breakdown of food buffet and events as needed.
• Complete prep and side work to enable focused service during event
• Keep meeting rooms and storage areas clean and well-maintained
• Welcoming and friendly personality
• Comply with all state and local food health requirements in addition to brand standards
• Ability to work a flexible and varied schedule as dictated by business levels

Education

Previous hotel banquet food & beverage experience
