Job summary

Regency Hotel Management, Inc. is seeking a banquet server to provide table service and hospitality for banquet guests. You will help maintain an efficient and professional dining area and ensure quality service and standards.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving accurately, representing the hotel with guests, and supporting setup, cleanup, and compliance with Health Department codes. Growth and training opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year prior food and beverage service experience preferred.
• Uniform must be neat and clean.
• Attendance is essential to the role.
• May be required to work varying schedules.
• Ability to read and write basic English.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs intermittently.

Responsibilities

• Provide table service and hospitality in banquet rooms.
• Take food and beverage orders and serve with accuracy.
• Represent the hotel professionally with guests and industry contacts.
• Set up, clean, and tear down shifts.
• Follow Health Department standards and codes.
• Maintain knowledge of food, bar, and wine menus.
• Communicate guest needs and resolve issues.
• Perform other duties as required.
