Twenty Four Seven Hotels is seeking experienced servers for its Palm Desert, CA properties. As part of the F&B team, you'll deliver exceptional guest experiences at meetings and events, ensuring smooth banquet service.

This role requires prior hotel banquet food & beverage experience, and adherence to food handling and liquor standards. A flexible schedule, professional demeanor, and strong teamwork are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Must have hotel banquet food & beverage experience.
• Food handler and liquor certification required by law or brand standard.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and maintain professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to all meeting attendees.
• Assist in setup and breakdown of food buffet and events per banquet orders.
• Complete prep and side work to enable focused service during event.
• Keep meeting rooms and storage areas clean and well-maintained.
• Maintain welcoming and friendly personality.
• Comply with health requirements in addition to brand standards.
• Ability to work a flexible and varied schedule as dictated by business levels.
