Job summary

Geronimo Hospitality Group is seeking a part-time Banquet Server to provide guests with quality food and service in a friendly, knowledgeable manner at our Red Circle Inn in Wisconsin. The role supports event success and guest experiences with a strong emphasis on teamwork and professionalism.

The position requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50lbs, and prior POS system knowledge, with availability on evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to stand, walk, and carry trays.
• Experience with POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Properly set up banquet room(s) as instructed including linen and china.
• Serve food and/or beverage; ensuring consistency throughout event.
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude and mannerism.
• Maintain clear and open communication between all staff for overall event success.
• During event, maintain all work areas including any side work duties for overall productivity and success of the event.
• Once banquet is complete, all linen, silverware, china and trays must be removed from space.
