Geronimo Hospitality Group is seeking a Banquet Server at I.d. Delafield to deliver exceptional dining experiences with friendly, knowledgeable service. You will work in a fast-paced event setting, maintain a professional appearance, and collaborate with team members to ensure flawless execution.

Ideal candidates are of legal drinking age, comfortable with POS systems, and able to lift up to 30 lbs. This on-site role requires availability for nights and weekends and a commitment to guest

Qualifications

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Refined verbal and written communication.
• Be able to keep up with a fast-paced environment.
• Be able to carry tray to shoulder weighing up to 30 lbs without assistance.
• Stand and/or walk entire shift.
• Must be available nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with quality food and service in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
• Maintain proper uniform and professional appearance.
• Set up banquet rooms with linen and china, and ensure health and safety practices.
• Create a pleasurable dining experience and respond to guest requests.
