Job summary

Geronimo Hospitality Group is seeking a Server for the Red Circle Inn in Wisconsin. You will provide friendly, knowledgeable service, explain menu options, and help guests select meals, contributing to a warm, memorable dining experience.

Role requires at least 18 years old, basic math skills, and strong communication. Prior server experience and POS familiarity (MICROS, Square) are a plus. This on-site position offers a competitive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have basic math skills (able to add, subtract, and count change back to customer).
• You have legible handwriting, strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• One year server experience (nice to have).
• MICROS and Square POS Systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Take customers’ food and beverage orders
• Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate parties
• Maintain cleanliness standards in restaurant, wait-station and kitchen service area to ensure a clean, presentable facility
• Receive proper payment from guest and ensure accuracy of guest check and method of payment
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments in person and on phone with timely, knowledgeable information
• Present a clean and professional appearance at all times
• Have fun at work and contribute to a positive guest experience
