Job summary

Geronimo Hospitality Group is seeking a Banquet Server to join our team in Wisconsin. You will provide guests with quality food and service in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, helping to create memorable events at The Red Circle Inn & Bistro.

You will set up banquet spaces, serve food and beverages, maintain a professional appearance, and ensure smooth event execution. Flexibility for nights and weekends is required; a positive, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• You must have refined verbal and written communication skills.
• You must be able to keep up with a fast paced environment.
• You must be able to carry a tray to shoulder weighing up to 30lbs without assistance.
• You must be able to stand and/or walk entire shift.
• You must have prior knowledge of POS systems.
• You must be able to occasionally lift products weighing up to 50lbs.
• You must be consistently available nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Properly set up banquet room(s) as instructed including linen and china
• Serve food and/or beverage; ensuring consistency throughout event
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude and mannerism
• Maintain clear and open communication between all staff for overall event success
• During event, maintain all work areas including any side work duties for overall productivity and success of the event
• Once banquet is complete, all linen, silverware, china and trays must be removed from space
