Job summary

Hilton Orrington Evanston, 1710 Orrington Avenue, Evanston, IL, is seeking a Banquet Server for Crescent Hotels & Resorts. You will set up banquet spaces, greet guests, serve courses and beverages, and ensure high standards of quality throughout events.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet room with linen, serviceware and glassware.
• Attend pre-event roll calls to learn function details.
• Greet guests and respond to requests courteously.
• Serve food/beverage and maintain consistency with standards.
• Move and replenish beverages as needed; check guest satisfaction.
• Reset banquet room after events per Supervisor specs.
• Follow state and company rules for alcohol service.
• Be available to work regularly and assist teammates.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
