Qualifications

• One or more years of guest service experience required.
• Must be able to speak, understand, and write English.
• TIPS or CARE beverage service certification desired, or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous service to guests and maintain professional demeanor.
• Set up, maintain, and break down banquet rooms after events in accordance with function specifications.
• Assist bartenders and collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to health regulations and local liquor laws; ensure safe, clean work area.
• Follow brand standards and participate in side work as needed.
