Job summary

Responsibilities

Set up tables and side stations with tools (silverware, plates, napkins, condiments).
Lift trays with 8–10 plates and transport to dining areas.
Interact with guests to fulfill requests to the best of your ability.
Bus and clear debris, plates, silverware, and glasses.
Stock and organize food and beverage items in proper areas.
Maintain cleanliness of storage and coffee rooms; manage coffee urns and iced tea machines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
