Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years of food service experience; liquor knowledge preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred; guest relations training desired.
• Must be 21+ years old to serve alcohol; good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests in banquet and service areas with promptness and courtesy.
• Carry trays with up to 6 dinners (about 20 lbs) and service supplies.
• Assist guests, manage multiple stations, and coordinate with staff.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays, indoors/outdoors.
