Job summary

Langham Hospitality Group in Boston seeks a friendly banquet server to manually set up, break down and service all meeting rooms according to hotel standards. You will ensure guest satisfaction during events and support the banquet team in maintaining high service quality.

The role requires prior banquet and F&B hospitality experience when possible, and a high school diploma or equivalent. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior banquets and food & beverage /hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, break down and service all banquet spaces according to standard hotel specifications.
• Inspect linen, silver, china, glassware for cleanliness and appearance.
• Serve food, coffee, water and beverages as required on banquet orders.
• Resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Clean banquet room and surrounding areas during and after functions.
• Follow Langham Hotel service standards and work as a positive team player.
