Responsibilities include attending pre-event roll calls, maintaining proper service ware, and collaborating with the Banquets team to ensure seamless function execution.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service-ware.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computational ability.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly.
• Thorough knowledge of food and beverage service.
• English proficiency; second language is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet room as instructed by Banquets Manager (linen, service ware, glassware).
• Attend roll call meetings to learn function details and guest expectations.
• Greet guests and serve food/beverage in a courteous, consistent manner.
• Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction; support teamwork.
