Responsibilities include guest engagement, accurate food and beverage service, and maintaining knowledge of hotel offerings. The role requires flexibility for busy events, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of hospitality and guest service operations.
• Strong customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service standards and ensure compliance with hotel policies and local regulations.
• Prepare for health department and inspections; ensure sanitation.
• Perform banquet setup, service, and breakdown per SOPs.
• Handle food and beverage service for events and guest meals.
• Maintain knowledge of menus and guest offerings; assist as needed.
• Respond to guest requests promptly to ensure a memorable experience.
