Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking dining staff to welcome guests, take orders, and deliver meals in a fast-paced casino setting. You will greet patrons, process orders using a guest check system, and ensure accuracy in payments and change.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food & beverage service is preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills required.
• Ability to handle payments accurately and promptly.

Responsibilities

• Receive and serve food and beverage orders from guests.
• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Use a computerized guest check system to take/process orders.
• Retrieve prepared orders from kitchen and deliver to guests.
• Carry and balance trays or push cart of food and beverages (20–30 lbs).
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area.
• Present check and collect payment or deliver to cashier.
