Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Take guest food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
• Maintain friendly, courteous demeanor with guests and team members.
• Learn and answer questions about Boyd Gaming and its venues.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond with urgency and professionalism.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, prep methods, and wine knowledge.
• Handle payments accurately via POS system.
• Stock service areas and assist with dining setup and cleanup.
• Adhere to health, safety, and liquor regulations.
