Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a guest-facing team member to receive, process, and deliver food and beverage orders in a fast-paced dining setting. You will greet guests, handle payments, and maintain dining room cleanliness while using a computerized ordering system.

The role requires lifting trays up to 40 pounds, standing for much of the shift, and strong customer service skills. English proficiency and the ability to obtain required licenses are essential.

Qualifications

• Six months of food and beverage service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for most of shift.
• Able to lift and carry trays up to 40 pounds; English required.
• Experience using computer system for orders and payments.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must obtain/maintain licenses and certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and serve food and beverage orders from guests.
• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Process orders using the computerized guest check system.
• Retrieve prepared orders from kitchen and deliver to guests.
• Carry trays or push cart through dining area (20–30 pounds).
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room.
• Present check, collect payment, or deliver to cashier.
