Job summary

Wind Creek Bethlehem is seeking a Server - Banquets to professionally serve food and beverages as outlined in the banquet event orders. You will ensure timely, friendly service and maintain high cleanliness and guest satisfaction across banquet functions.

The role requires 18+ years of age, a high school diploma, and strong English communication. Prior banquet or upscale service experience is preferred; alcohol service knowledge and licensing may be required.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and written).
• Interpersonal skills with focus on guest needs.
• Maintain professional appearance and customer service standards.
• Able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages as specified on the banquet event order (BEO).
• Provide superior customer service to guests.
• Assist in transporting banquet meals to meeting rooms.
• Clear banquet tables and maintain cleanliness of assigned areas.
• Know menu options and offer recommendations for guests.
• Follow Wind Creek SOPs and LCBA regulations for alcohol service.
• Adhere to PGCB rules and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with gambling and safety policies.
