Wind Creek Bethlehem is seeking a friendly Host to greet and seat guests at Chop House with efficiency and professionalism. You will coordinate reservations, assist servers, and ensure a welcoming dining atmosphere.

The role requires strong English communication, a neat appearance, and the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Prior upscale dining experience is a plus.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong English communication skills (oral and written).
• Experience in upscale or high-volume food & beverage settings preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
• Review and plan reservations at start of service.
• Communicate effectively with guests in person and by phone.
• Assist servers as needed to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain tables and service areas in clean condition.
• Know menu options to upsell and accommodate dietary needs.
• Follow safety standards and company policies at all times.
• Comply with PGCB rules and internal controls.
