MGM Resorts International in Springfield, MA is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver exceptional hospitality during events and ensure guests have memorable experiences. You’ll greet guests, assist with seating, and support service at buffets, receptions, and functions with energy and teamwork.

Preferred candidates have a high school diploma and 1+ years in a high-volume server role. The position offers a starting wage of $9.50 per hour plus tips, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Competenze

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent is preferred.
• 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a server in a similar, high-volume environment is preferred.
• Availability for day shift, but must be flexible to work nights, weekends and Holidays.

Mansioni

• Guide guest in all phases of their experience at the Banquet event.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
• Greet guests and assist with seating at tables.
• Set up, monitor, refresh and breakdown coffee break, reception and buffet tables per function requirements.
• Follow Banquet Management Team procedures and anticipate guest needs.
