Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Banquet Server to join our team at a prestigious property. You will set up, serve, and tear down banquet spaces, delivering an exceptional guest experience during events.

We value energy under pressure, attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable experiences. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in food service, knowledge of wine and beverages, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of food service experience
• Experience in a 4- or 5-star venue with synchronized service
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits

Responsibilities

• Set up for functions including draping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks and centerpieces
• Serve and bus tables, carry trays to function location, clear dishes and reset tables
• Break down and clean up banquet rooms, vacuum and tidy storerooms
• Provide back-of-house support including stock organization and safety checks
• Explain menu items and accommodate guest dietary requests while maintaining service quality
