Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality in Washington state is seeking a hospitality team member to support guest service, food and beverage service, and event operations at Skamania Lodge. This role involves engaging with guests, serving meals, and ensuring smooth dining experiences.

You will anticipate guest needs, be knowledgeable about hotel services and local attractions, and help maintain cleanliness and compliance with liquor regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service preferred.
• Able to obtain Washington State Food Handler Card.
• MAST certification if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies and standards.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly, acknowledging guests at all times.
• Maintain positive guest relations and greet guests on arrival.
• Be familiar with hotel services, local attractions, and respond to inquiries accurately.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of work areas.
• Abide by state liquor regulations, including age restrictions and intoxicated persons rules.
• Assist with seating, serve courses and beverages, and clear tables as required.
• Set up and break down coffee breaks, receptions, and buffet tables for group events.
