Pechanga Resort Casino seeks a Banquet Bartender to manage beverage service for the Banquet Department in accordance with ABC California laws and PRC SOP. The role involves bar setup, cash handling, inventory control, and collaboration with event teams to ensure seamless service.

Responsibilities include accurate banking, Micros operation, and adherence to Four Diamond service standards. The position may also require Banquet Server duties within PRC’s Talent Pool.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-year certificate from college or technical school required.
• 3–6 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Distinguish and facilitate all compliances for California ABC and PRC SOP.
• Maintain inventory and supplies and adapt to PRC changes.
• Understand BEO to guide function direction.
• Handle Micros, hosted bars, and cash drops with accuracy.
• Keep bars and supplies clean and organized.
• Communicate with guests and team members calmly and effectively.
• Operate with discretion and professional decorum.
• Set up banquet bar, glassware, ice, and supplies.
• Account for all banks, receipts, Micros, and events.
• Maintain safe, clean work area; ensure equipment functions properly.
• May serve as Banquet Server/Cashier with PRC Talent Pool.
