Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Banquet Server. You will greet banquet guests, take orders accurately, and serve food, assisting the Banquets team from start to finish.

As part of our team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love, guiding and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Position starts as early as September.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a server and in setup houseperson preferred.
• General food and beverage knowledge required.
• Flexible to work long hours including weekends and holidays.

Banquet Server

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking aBanquet Server.In this role, you will be responsible forgreeting banquet guests, taking orders accurately, and serving food. You will assist the Banquets team in all aspects of banquets functions from start to finish.

As part of our team,you’llembody our Promise toLead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences.Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.

Position starting as early as September.

Pay Rate - $2.13/Hr. + Tips

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preparatory tasks and side work duties to ensure that guests are served promptly and efficiently.
• Know how to read the banquet event orders (BEO’s) and be familiar with the menu of the assigned function.
• Serve guests according to resort standard in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience as a server and set-up houseperson.
• General food and beverage knowledge, involving at least 1 year of front-of-the-house operations.
• Must be flexible to work long hours including weekends and holidays.
