Job summary

We are seeking experienced banquet servers in Corona, CA for evening events. Hours: 6:00 PM–10:00 PM. Pay: $20.00 per hour. You will help set up banquet tables, chairs, linens and equipment and ensure the venue looks inviting and matches client expectations.

During service, you will greet guests, take orders, serve accurately, and accommodate dietary requests while staying professional and attentive. Post-event, assist with cleanup and return equipment to storage.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet tables, chairs, linens and other equipment according to event specifications.
• Ensure that the venue is aesthetically pleasing and meets the client's expectations.
• Greet guests upon arrival, take food and beverage orders and serve them efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure timely delivery of courses and replenish beverages as needed.
• Attend to special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Clear tables and clean up after the event, including the removal of used dishes and utensils.

• Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to guests' needs.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor throughout the event.

Clean-Up:

• Clear tables and clean up after the event, including the removal of used dishes and utensils.
• Assist with the breakdown of event equipment and return it to storage.
