PineCrest Country Club is seeking dependable, energetic Banquet Servers to join our team. You will collaborate closely with the banquet team to set up dining areas, serve food and beverages, and promptly address guest needs and requests. This role demands a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Ultimately, your efforts will help create memorable experiences for guests, encouraging repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality, preferably in banquet or event settings.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a high-volume banquet or catering environment.
• Ability to lift and carry trays or equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, as required by event schedules.
