PineCrest Country Club is seeking dependable, energetic Banquet Servers to join our team.   • Collaborate with kitchen and event staff to coordinate service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
  • Assist with the breakdown and cleanup of banquet spaces following the conclusion of events.

PineCrest Country Club is looking for dependable, energetic and dependable Banquet Servers to join our team!

About the Role:

As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences during events and functions held at our venue. Your primary objective is to ensure that guests receive attentive, courteous, and efficient service throughout the event, contributing to the overall success and positive reputation of our hospitality services. You will collaborate closely with the banquet team to set up dining areas, serve food and beverages, and promptly address guest needs and requests. This role demands a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Ultimately, your efforts will help create memorable experiences for guests, encouraging repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality, preferably in banquet or event settings.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
