Job summary

Liv Hospitality, LLC is seeking staff to support Cadillac Jacks Gaming Resort events in Deadwood, SD. You will assist with setup, serve guests, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages in a fast-paced casino resort environment.

Qualifications emphasize customer service, cash handling, and the ability to stand for extended periods. Full-time positions include benefits and daily pay options through ZayZoon.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous money-handling and cash register experience preferred.
• Maintain a professional and personable appearance.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to carry trays of 25+ pounds.
• Ability to work under time pressure with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and be responsible for accommodating all guests' needs at the event; providing exceptional service to every guest
• Deliver food and beverages from staging areas to guests
• Learn and practice buffet, plated, and reception-style meal services (training provided)
• Perform all side-work duties
• Maintain clean service areas at all times
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older
• Previous experience as a bartender/server is preferred but not required
• Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills
• Previous money-handling and cash register experience is preferred
• Maintain a professional and personable appearance
• Ability to work in a standing position for up to 8 hours
• Ability to carry trays of 25+ pounds
• Ability to work under time pressure constraints with a positive attitude
