Job summary

Liv Hospitality is seeking event staff for Cadillac Jack's Gaming Resort in Deadwood, SD. You will be responsible for setup, execution, and cleanup of events, greeting guests, and providing exceptional service.

Learn and perform buffet, plated, and reception-style meal service during training. You must be able to stand for up to 8 hours, carry trays, and maintain clean service areas; we are an equal-opportunity employer.

Cadillac Jack's Gaming Resort – Location: Deadwood, SD 57732

Responsibilities

• Setup, execution, and cleanup for events
• Greet guests and be responsible for accommodating all guests' needs at the event; providing exceptional service to every guest
• Deliver food and beverages from staging areas to guests
• Learn and practice buffet, plated, and reception-style meal services (training provided)
• Perform all side-work duties
• Maintain clean service areas at all times
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older
• Previous experience as a bartender/server is preferred but not required
• Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills
• Previous money-handling and cash register experience is preferred
• Maintain a professional and personable appearance
• Ability to work in a standing position for up to 8 hours
• Ability to carry trays of 25+ pounds
• Ability to work under time pressure constraints with a positive attitude
