Job summary

Cadillac Jack's Gaming Resort in Deadwood, SD is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our dynamic food and beverage team. You will mix, shake and serve drinks across our casino, bar and restaurant outlets, delivering friendly service to guests.

Qualifications include proven bartending experience, knowledge of mixology, and computer literacy for POS systems. Knowledge of a second language is a plus. We offer daily pay and comprehensive LIV Hospitality benefits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve meals and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present bar menu
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
