We are hiring Banquet Servers!

We are looking for individuals passionate about serving others! Our hotel hosts events such as receptions, meetings, trainings, and reunions, providing excellent exposure for our venue. It's our opportunity to shine and attract more business through positive word of mouth. To achieve this, we need a team focused on teamwork, quality, service, and timeliness.

Our Banquet Servers are responsible for serving meals with friendly, responsive customer service, creating an exceptional dining experience for all guests.

Essential Functions

1. Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
2. Greet guests and accommodate their needs during events.
3. Communicate effectively with guests regarding menu questions.
4. Deliver food and beverages from staging areas to guests.
5. Assist other servers during peak periods with food delivery and guest requests.
6. Learn and practice buffet, plated, and reception-style meal services (training provided) to RCGR standards.
7. Anticipate guest needs and monitor their dining experience to ensure satisfaction.
8. Respond promptly and courteously to requests.
9. Assist with setup, execution, and clean-up for events.
10. Perform side work to prepare for upcoming events.
11. Maintain clean service areas at all times.
12. Maintain a professional and personable appearance.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Wage: $2.15 per hour plus gratuities.
