Position Summary

The Server will provide ultimate hospitality for guests in a fast-paced, high volume, Buffet / Picnic environment.

This role will pay an hourly wage of $15.00 to 17.00 plus tips.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand Banquet picnic/ Event Order
• Initiate and maintain friendly and professional contact with guests, ensuring needs are anticipated and met
• Set up and maintain food and beverage stations throughout the complex
• Keep all event areas and front of house staging areas tidy and organized
• Participate in setup and cleanup of food and beverage service items
• Work independently during slower times
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Engage with guests positively and professionally
• Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Be detail-oriented to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Multi-task effectively
• Handle and move objects safely
• Maintain a customer-focused attitude
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Perform basic arithmetic
• Stand for extended periods
• Perform physical tasks like bending, stretching, reaching, lifting up to 30 lbs.
