Kids for the Future is seeking a banquet server to professionally serve food and beverages at assigned banquet functions. The role requires teamwork with kitchen staff, proper serving techniques, and careful setup of stations, bars, and buffets.
Tasks include beverage service, ensuring food quality, post-function cleanup, and assisting with table and buffet setups. Physical stamina is necessary for long shifts in hot, humid environments, with potential heavy lifting.
Responsible for serving food and beverage in a professional manner at assigned banquet functions per BMC standards.
To perform the essential job functions in this position it may require rigorous activity; grasping, writing, pushing, pulling, standing for long periods, walking, bending, stretching, repetitive motions, hearing, visual acuity, and may on occasion have to lift and carry up to 30/40 pounds. Must be able to walk up and down stairs while carrying heavy items.
This associate must be able to work in hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long periods of time. The individual may frequently work in an outdoor climate.
