Kids for the Future is seeking a banquet setup associate in Fort Myers Beach, FL. The role involves preparing banquet rooms, moving equipment, and ensuring audio/visual gear is ready for events.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and be able to work in a fast-paced, sometimes outdoor environment. This is a part-time, non-exempt position with a pay range of $10.98 to $25.00 per hour.
Responsible for setting up all the needed items in a banquet room for all functions per BMC standards.

To perform the essential job functions in this position it may require rigorous activity; grasping, writing, pushing, pulling, standing for long periods, walking, bending, stretching, repetitive motions, hearing, visual acuity, and may on occasion have to lift and carry up to 30/40 pounds. Must be able to walk up and down stairs while carrying heavy items.
This associate must be able to work in hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long periods of time. The individual may frequently work in an outdoor climate.
